HANGING – Hinge-DDSS001-ANSI-2

The D&D 4.5x4.5x3.4-2 ball bearing butt hinge can come in grade 201/304/316 stainless steel material. It has a square corner and is template drilled. The hinge also has button tipped five knuckles and is UL listed, with a UL Mark. It is ANSI/BHMA A156.1 Grade 2 certified. This hinge is suitable for use on fire/non-fire rated/smoke check doors up to 120 kg. It comes with a suitable screw pack.

OPERATING & SECURING - Lever trim-DDPD012

The D&D lever trim is made of grade 304 stainless steel or zinc alloy material, and has an SSS or silver finish. It can be locked or unlocked from the outside using a key. It conforms to the ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standard and comes with a suitable screw pack.

CONTROLING – Door closer - DDDC017

D&D offers an adjustable power size 3-4 for doors with a maximum width of 950mm to 1100mm and a maximum weight of 60kg to 80kg. The dimensions of this product are L248xW44.5xH72mm and it is made of aluminum with a silver finish. It is UL listed for 3-hour fire rating and has a parallel arm configuration. It does not have a hold open function, but it does have adjustable closing and latching speed. The installation is on the push side using a standard top jamb, and it comes packed with a suitable screw pack.

SAFETY – Vertical Rod Exit Device DDPD004

The D&D Vertical Rod Exit Device is a half-length pressing touch bar with a deadlocking latch bolt. It is non-handed and allows for inside always free to exit by pressing the bar. It is suitable for doors with a width ranging from 650mm to 1000mm and a door thickness of 44.5mm to 50mm. The standard door height is 2100mm, but if the door is higher than standard, please contact D&D. It is also suitable for use with an External locking attachment such as a lever trim. Listed by UL, rated for 3 hours of fire resistance and compliant with ANSI/BHMA Grade 1. Suitable for doors with fire rating.

D&D offers a dustproof socket made of stainless steel 304 material with a matte finish. The socket has a size of 25x39mm and is suitable for use with a 13mm diameter bolt.
