01 HANGING - Hinge-DDSS001-ANSI-2

The D&D 4.5x4.5x3.4-2 ball bearing butt hinge is available in grade 201/304/316 stainless steel material. It has a square corner and is template drilled. The hinge has button tipped five knuckles and is UL listed (3 hour fire rated), with a UL Mark. It is also ANSI/BHMA A156.1 Grade 2 certified. The hinge is suitable for use on fire/non-fire rated/smoke check doors up to 120 kg and comes with a suitable screw pack.

02 OPERATING & SECURING - Lever trim-DDPD018 & DDLC011

 The D&D lever trim is made of grade 304 stainless steel/Zinc material and has an SSS/Silver finish. It has a key that can be used to lock or unlock the Cylinder from the outside. It conforms to the ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standard and comes with a suitable screw pack.

03 CONTROLING – Door closer-DDDC017The D&D adjustable power is size 3-4 and can be used with doors that have a maximum width of 950mm to 1100mm, and a maximum weight of 60kg to 80kg. It has dimensions of L248xW44.5xH72mm and is made of aluminum with a silver finish. It is UL listed for 3-hour fire rating and has a parallel arm. It does not have a hold open function but has adjustable closing and latching speed. It is designed for top jamb installation on the push side of the door, and it comes packed with a suitable screw pack.

04 SAFETY – Vertical Rod Exit Device-DDPD004

The D&D Vertical Rod Exit Device is a half-length touch bar with a deadlocking latch bolt. It is non-handed and allows for free exit by pressing the bar from the inside. It is suitable for doors with a width ranging from 650mm to 1000mm and a thickness ranging from 44.5mm to 50mm. The standard door height is 2100mm, although if the door is taller than standard, please contact D&D. This exit device is also suitable for use with an external locking attachment, such as a lever trim. UL listed, which has a 3 hour fire rating, in compliance with ANSI/BHMA Grade 1. Appropriate for utilization on doors with a fire rating.

05 PROTECTING – Dust proof socket-DDDP002

D&D Dust proof socket, made of stainless steel 304 material with a matt finish, measures dia25x39mm and is suitable for a dia 13mm bolt.
